Triad slotted high density airflow panels are designed to provide optimal server cooling in any Imperial or Metric raised floor systems. This panel is built to provide up to 1500 lb/560 kg to 4000 lb/1493 kg of concentrated capacities while versatile enough to be adjusted vertically or horizontally to flush mount to most Imperial or Metric raised floor systems, regardless of age.The patent pending Integrated Dual Handles provide safe, balanced lifting and placement of panel without danger of trapping fingers or toes while eliminating the need to search for suction cup lifters.COMX's Hi-Plume Stratification Fin provides increased upper server cooling dropping upper/middle/lower server temperatures 5-15 degrees while lowering energy consumption in a matter of minutes per customer reports.

* Load Ratings will significantly decrease depending upon type of understructure & final vertical/horizontal positioning of Actuating Frame Leveler. Industry standards do not recommend rolling loads over airflow panels without substantial protection or additional panel support. Triad published Load ratings are based upon heavy duty nested 3000 lb. rated stringer and pedestal system with vertical/horizontal adjustments fully closed.

The colors in this chart are ONLY displayed to give the viewer an overview of the color and finish selections available. Due to variances in computer monitors (such as color resolution, color temperature, etc.), video cards, color printers, and dye lots these files may not match exactly to the final delivered finish. Powder coat finishes may vary between 3-5 mill thicknesses. Available in conductive and non-conductive, epoxy or urethane finishes. Chemical and abrasion resistance depends upon materials utilized.

Airflow Stratification ComparisonAs is seen on the video Triad’s patented Hi-Plume Stratification fins, coupled with Triad's River Cooling System©, directs cooler air from the lower open plenum (where air normally passes by standard design airflow panels) to the upper heat stratified plenum of server racks. The turbulent air delivery created by the patented Hi-Plume Stratification fin mixes with the vertical and horizontal heat boundary layers causing improved balanced cooling for the operating equipment.Airflow Utilization Efficiency© (AUE) is measured by comparing the supply air temperature to the temperatures at the top of the rack. For example, if supply air temperature is 65 degrees and temperature at the top of the rack is 80 degrees, AUE = 15. By managing to an AUE of 10 or lower, data center managers can reduce cooling costs by up to 40%.Triad-Slotted-High-Density-Airflow-Panel-Specs.pdf
